Work places can be quite stressful. In work there are many things that can be stressful in the work area. This includes waiting for a promotion, the boss being a bully and other types of stress in the place of work.
Relationships both personal and social can also be a great cost of stress. Children can be a great cause of stress for parents, them moving out, or moving back in, their studies and the regular arguments can be a real stress cause.
Different disease can be the cause of stress. These diseases include hypertension, eyesight, heart diseases. They do not have to be affecting the person having the stress personally but also when the people you care about are sick.
Biologically what causes stress? The main cause of stress is any type of mental pressure. The pressure comes from either a single event, small issues building up to create a bigger issue and also sometimes we personally add pressure to our system. Increasing the mental pressure leads to the surging of some hormones like noradrenalin, adrenaline and cortisol. The main reason for their release is to increase the body capability of dealing with stress. On reduction of the pressure in the mental system the hormones level go back to normal. If the pressure is there for a long time, the hormones accumulate leading to stress symptoms.
Some people do not have a chill factor that causes them stress. Some people become stressed for no apparent reason. This leads to frustration, depressed and extra anxious.
